一個融合建築、室內、家具設計與藝術創作的跨領域專業團隊。自1982年由前建築師公會理事長練福星建築師創立以來，我們始終秉持對空間、人文與藝術的深刻理解，致力於各尺度建築與室內設計的規劃、落地監造、設計方法研究與創新實踐。2025年，隨著練懿霆建築師的加入與全面轉型，我們進一步整合新世代設計思維與技術，拓展事務所在多元建築領域的專業能量。

練建築參與設計的類型橫跨自建住宅、室內設計、都市更新、危老重建、綠色康養空間、法院、學校、捷運站體、高爾夫球場館、流行音樂中心競賽、酒店、商業辦公、工廠園區、美術館與博物館、大劇院、音樂廳、民宿、商場立面改造等。亦積極參與如中東門戶機場、低空經濟產業園區、國際會議中心、地標型文旅渡假飯店等大型國際項目，並持續發展參數化都市設計與未來城市策略。擅長將使用者體驗、機能整合、美學語彙、綠建理念與建築技術完美融合，打造兼具現代感、未來性與永續意識的作品。

事務所亦積極推動參數化設計、AI 智能應用、永續建築與低碳環保策略，提供從概念發想到設計深化、細節控制與現場監造的全方位設計顧問服務。設計涵蓋公共建築、私人住宅、文化場館、商業空間、都市更新與城市規劃等多元類型，持續以創新的設計語彙與豐富的實務經驗，創造具文化深度與社會回饋的建築風景，邁向下一個更具國際視野與未來感的四十年。

LANS Architecture is a multidisciplinary design studio that integrates architecture, interior design, furniture, and artistic creation. Founded in 1984 by Chairman Architect Fu-Hsing Lian, the firm has upheld a deep commitment to spatial and cultural understanding. With the arrival of Architect I-Ting Lian in 2025, LANS has entered a new era of transformation—blending generational experience with forward-thinking design strategies.

Our design portfolio spans a wide spectrum, including private residences, interior design, urban renewal, aging building retrofits, green senior living, courthouses, schools, metro stations, golf clubhouses, pop music centers, hotels, commercial offices, industrial campuses, art museums, cultural museums, grand theaters, concert halls, boutique accommodations, and façade renovations. On the international front, our team has participated in landmark projects such as gateway airports in the Middle East, low-altitude economy innovation parks, international conference centers, and destination resorts. We are also active in parametric urban design and future city development strategies.

We specialize in merging user experience, spatial functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and advanced construction technologies—crafting works that are contemporary, forward-looking, and environmentally conscious. Our team leads in the application of parametric design, AI-assisted tools, sustainable architecture, and low-carbon strategies, offering comprehensive design consultancy from concept and development to detail design and on-site supervision.

練福星建築師畢業於淡江大學，自1982年創立事務所以來，在公共建築、私人住宅、專業監造、法規解析與都市設計審議等領域皆有深厚實績，歷任建築中心董事長、台北市市政顧問，長期活躍於產官學界，具有豐富的跨界協調與專案整合能力。

作為藝術創作者，曾舉辦超過300場個展與聯展，畫風橫跨寫實與抽象，展現自由奔放的創作能量。提倡建築與藝術的融合，主張在功能合理、造價可控、安全耐震為先、綠色永續的原則下，以創意開拓空間的深度與溫度。

Former President, National Association of Architects, R.O.C.

Since founding the practice in 1982, Arch. Fu-Hsin Lian has played a key role in shaping Taiwan’s architectural landscape. His contributions span public buildings, private homes, construction supervision, legal and regulatory consulting, and urban design advisory. He has served as Chairman of the Architecture Center and as a Taipei City Government advisor, bringing deep insight from both professional and governmental sectors.

Also a prolific artist, Fu-Hsin has hosted over 300 exhibitions, with work ranging from realism to abstract expressionism. He strongly advocates the integration of art and architecture, believing that creativity thrives on a foundation of functionality, cost-efficiency, quality, safty and environmental responsibility—creating spaces rich in meaning and emotion.

成功大學建築碩士｜英國倫敦大學建築碩士

練懿霆建築師擁有台灣建築師與公職資格，曾任桃園市工務局建管科，熟悉行政作業與建照法規流程，並累積超過14項國內外設計競圖獲獎紀錄。

曾任北京MAD建築師事務所高級建築師、杭州EUD設計總監，帶領團隊設計大型劇院、體育場館、國際會議中心博物館、文旅度假飯店、商業綜合體等多元項目。近期參與的代表性專案包括：中東與非洲機場總體規劃、布達佩斯500米超高層競賽、元宇宙會展館、低空經濟產業園區、信義安和住宅綠塔、三生頤養康養文化村等。主張以創新設計思維與方法——包括空間體驗設計、美學控制、設計細部控制、類型化系統、參數化模型與AI生成技術——全面提升空間感染力與設計品質，並以數位藝術家的身份持續探索設計與藝術的創作靈感。

Principal Architect

Arch. I-Ting Lian｜Founder・Digital Artist

I-Ting Lian is a licensed architect and certified civil service officer in Taiwan. His early career in the Taoyuan City Construction Bureau gave him extensive experience with administrative processes, permits, and regulatory systems. He has received more than 14 domestic and international design competition awards and has worked with renowned architecture firms such as MAD Architects (Beijing) and EUD (Hangzhou).

I-Ting has led design teams on a wide range of major projects—including operas, sports center,  museums, luxury resorts, commercial complexes, and city-scale developments. Recent works include: masterplans for airports in the Middle East and Africa, a 500-meter supertall tower competition in Budapest, metaverse museum and convention center concepts, low-altitude industrial innovation parks, the Xinyi Forest Tower in Taipei, and the “Three-Life Wellness Village” for senior living and care.

His design approach focuses on innovation through spatial experience, aesthetic systemization, typological development, parametric modeling, and AI-driven tools—aiming to create emotionally rich, technically refined, design details-controlled and forward-looking environments. I-Ting is also active as a digital artist, exploring new creative forms at the intersection of design and technology.

擁有超過15年豐富經驗，擅長營造溫暖、簡約、通透的空間氛圍，專精於住宅與商業空間設計，強調光線運用、空間比例與人本體驗的平衡。

陳浩 參數化造型及幕牆有理化設計總監
曾任職於MAD與UN Studio，專精於複雜曲面建築與異型幕牆設計，透過參數化手法進行標準化與成本優化，提升建築造型的可執行性與落地效率。

Ching-Yao Chen｜Senior Interior Director
With over 15 years of experience, Ching-Yao specializes in crafting warm, minimalist, and light-filled spaces. Her portfolio includes both residential and commercial interiors, characterized by a strong sense of proportion, clarity, and human-centered design.

Hao Chen｜Consultant in Parametric Form & Optimized Façade Design Director
Formerly with MAD and UNStudio, Hao focuses on complex geometry, non-standard façades, and advanced digital modeling. Through parametric systems, he translates expressive architectural forms into buildable, cost-efficient, and high-performance solutions.
